Sigh... so I tried to update the SMF forum version, and it went and fucked up. It started by breaking redirection boards and displaying images. I tried to revert back to and older version, but I think the Simple Scripts program I was using wiped the old database..

So here we are, back to square one. For members who have been here before, please go ahead and re-register. At the moment, all the validation crap is off and you won't have to deal with it if you've been here before the big crash. After a while, I'll set things up as it was again.

As for the new forum layout, I have decided to condense everything into a few forums, and redirect anyone looking for more extensive trans support to 11in30 (http://www.11in30.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl). I was going to condense the forums down anyway before the big crash.

If anyone here is knowledgable with SQL databases and might be able to help me retrieve the old data (if it's even there), please let me know! It'd be greatly appreciated.

I just had a major fail on my own forums site in the database area, and managed to pull it back from the darkness.  Toss me an email and maybe I'll be able to help some.

i run an smf forum, had glitched "upgrades" myself, which i recovered.  i stayed with 1.18 stable.

Looks like the old database is lost for good, unfortunately. I couldn't find any backups dating to before the disaster, and I don't have anything on my old laptop...
